Some tips & honest advice please ?

you're perfect how you are, but since you went to the trouble of putting up links and stuff lol, my only advice to tone your stomach is crunches and leg raises. this is only to tone your abs, because tbh i don't think you need to lose any more fat. and i don't want to promote that.Some tips %26amp; honest advice please ?
Honestly, YOU DONT NEED A FLATTER OR BETTER ANYTHING!





If you try to cut down any more I think you'll show your bones.





But to help answer your question and not be a pain the butt, the simple answer is cardio. You can run to burn calories which will in turn burn body fat. Just remember fat doesnt burn from areas of your choice so doing 5000 sit ups does not do much at all, considering you dont need it anyways.





But if your looking to ';shape up'; your tummy then do sit ups. Try and do various ab exercises like leg raises, obliques, and strengthen your core. Your stomach will look stronger and more like wood than jello.





One of my favorite exercises for that is where you place your forearms flat on the floor, straighten out your body and keep your toes against the floor. Its like a push up position. Your upper arm will be perpendicular to the floor so to someone looking at you, you'll look like a ramp. Keep yourself in that position for a good minute or so. Work your way up if you cant. It will get easy quick so you can add weight to your back. Dont add a lot of weight because it could harm your back. I'm a student so what I do is I strap on my backpack with all my heavy books in it.





For your legs, climb the step machine at the gym. If you don't go to the gym you can climb stairs. But running itself will shape out your legs.





REMEMBER its way harder for skinny people to burn fat than people who weigh more so seeing results will be a patience game. Just remember for your stomach you want to work on strengthening it more then burning fat, because from the looks of it you dont have much to burn.
You don't need to get a flatter stomach, but if you want to tone it try sit ups. Running uphill will tone your hip flexors, thighs, and lower abs.

but if you must know, situps would work, anything that works the abs.
Sit ups or crunches... Why would you want it to be flatter?! You look skinny enough
