Right now, going through a transition - about to move to another state will I will be initially unemployed until work is found. Currently have about $35,000 of debt of which $18000 is new (recently purchased a 2008 vehicle - a must have for the move, 60 month repayment) - the other debt is school loans and credit card debt (not too substantial, only have the debt from purchasing furniture for new apartment after returning from overseas). I am an excellent saver, bargain hunter and love to cut costs whereever possible, within reason. Looking for tips on how to help pay down my debt faster, smart investments (am a very amateur investor on sharebuilder, with very little money invested already...probably scared to do more.)
The transition and being unemployed on one income (husband's) with a 2 year old child, frightens me so want to be able to minimize debt, cut costs, etc but able to still enjoy life. ThanksFinancial Tips - General Advice?
