Good idea is to try to learn only 5-10 words a day. It will be much easier to remember the meanings.
You should remember a word for every one letter like:

and then learn words and phrases you will use.
try not to learn usless things, it just takes time and you won't use them
Do you mean that you want to expand your vocabulary ? How about ESL Advanced, since you seem to be fluent enough in general. Spend time with people who are educated enough to use English well; hanging out with those whose only means of communicating is ';street english'; is not going to help you.
