Okay, in about a month (40 or so days) My friend and I are having this HUGE party and we both wanted to look really good at it and impress people. So we have both decided to go on a diet just to lose a little of weight to look good. I'm 5'7'' 130 pounds so not huge, but not skinny. So is this a good plan to lose like 5-10 pounds in like a month? What are some other things we could do?
*I only eat breakfast and dinner (we don't go to lunch because school food is nasty) And for breakfast I have like a cup of cereal each morning (around 110 calories). And then I have a small/average sized dinner.
*We're not eating breads and stuff (bagels, pizza, ect.)
*After school we both do cardio for like half hour (exercise bikes or ellipticals)
*We also do exercises for out abs and legs.
*We're not eating after seven at night (no snacking)
Do you think this will work? We really want to impress people with this party. What else could we do? Oh and we're 15 btw.Any tips or advice? Want to get in shape...?

Don't go on a diet i am sure you look good the way you are, you don't have to empress people with the way you look, they should like you the way you are!!!!!!!!!!
