Three huge things for keeping a healthy weight:
1. If it comes in plastic, you shouldn't be eating or drinking it (milk and juice are fine, in moderation) Eat fresh fruits and veggies instead, and drink water instead of soda (avoid diet soda too)
2. Go outside and get at least 30 minutes of exercise. Twice a day is even better. Your local Parks %26amp; Recreation department will have summer activities lined up - ask your parents if you can participate in summer camp or athletics. You'll meet new people and have a great time. And it's almost summer.... get outside and have some fun!
3. Whatever you do, do not starve yourself. Your body will go into ';starvation mode'; and your metabolism will slow down.I am 14 years old and want to lose weight, can anyone please give me some advice and tips? thanks :)?
go running or get involved with some sports if your athletic.
