I weigh 180. have a big butt and stomach. want flat abs and small butt by summer. any tips or advice?

Drink plenty of fluids eat fruit, veg's and crackers moderately six to eight times a day. I don't mean to be harsh but push yourself away from the table and if you can't do that then set a timer for fifteen minutes or less per each meal. Stay away from fancy pills they are typically bad for your health and your pocket as well. If you want results then you have to learn to say ';NO'; if not to yourself then to the guy who is thinking that you are starting to look great! by following this advice I am giving you for free.I weigh 180. have a big butt and stomach. want flat abs and small butt by summer. any tips or advice?

Running is the best. Find a good track and get some good shoes. Running on a track is better for your knees and body. Running on regular streets will hurt your body and knees. Doing squats could help with the butt, but overall i suggest running.

eat healthy and exercise!
Cut out all empty carbs, try and eat a clean diet of lean protein, good fats and complex carbs, dont forget empty calories in drinks. Three meals with 2 snacks or 6 small meals, no more no less. Exercise, some weights followed by cardio. To stick with a routine I find setting aside 45 min to 1 hr every day works best, this way you cant say to yourself that you need one more day of rest and catch up tomorrow. Obviously you would not do the same stuff every day, and your one day of rest can be a long walk or some yoga.
