Welll you just have to meet the right girl and you will feel comfy. I HAd that problem in high school i used to blush whenever a cute boy talked to me.. but i guess one day i just got over that.. plus being out of highschool helps.. i have been more confident.. girls like confidents... even if u dont have much just got to try!
You are only nervous when the girl is someone you like. Ask homely fat girls on dates and practise on them. They maybe you will not be nervous when you are around pretty girls.
