Dieting tips and advice.?

are there any cheep high steet solutons to help in weight loss?





my friends been badgering me and trapsing me round shops looking for things. she doesnt have the will-power to cut out certain foods or excercise. she says shes stuck in a vicious circle, shes unhappy cos shes big, and shes big cos shes unhappy.. i dont like seeing her like this, so can anyone help?Dieting tips and advice.?

Unfortunately, there is no magic formula when it comes to quick and easy weight loss. This is why so may diets fail as the don't help you make the changes that you can maintain in the long run.





Many slim people who stay that way by 'watching their weight' show flexible restraint, rather than following rigid all-or-nothing rules. They make healthy choices most of the time, but no foods are forbidden. They just LIMIT certain foods. This means enjoying small amounts of their favorite foods without feeling guilty. And if they do over-indulge or have a big night out, cut back or do more exercise the next day to balance things out.





So unless, you really follow a healthy, balanced low fat diet and try to exercise on a regular basis. Unfortunately, you really won't be able to keep to a healthy weight.





I know that this applies. As I struggled for many, many years being overweight. But just over 3 years ago. I managed to lose 52lbs. I have since then been able to maintain my weight with ease. By eating a healthy, balanced low fat diet with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. But also making sure I also exercise regularly. Two things which work perfectly together.
Well even if you find a cheap solution they don't work fully unless you eat right and exercise. I mean I know you see advertisements on tv talking about how they lost SO much weight on just one pill or something like that but when they dont tell you is it works it's best when you excerise and eat right.


There's always ways to diet and excersize without being depressed like some people get because they can't eat certain things.


Firstly you need to be excited about changing your lifestyle


which firstly diet %26amp; excersize is a lifestyle change, not something you do until you lose the weight and then stop and go back to how you were.


One suggestion is if she doesn't want to stop eating what she's eating tell her to at least cut back on how much of it she eats but she still needs to hardcore work out in order to burn calories.
