Am starting a diet tomorrow i need some tips and advice?

i want to lose up 2 10-14 lbs i work full time but i've started walking to work there and back (about 3 miles each way) i have a habit of snacking at night or when am bored i find it really hard to kick i need a diet that will work round me because i work full time i don't have time to go the gym or even cook ( only at home) and i get a bit tired when i get home from work after walking 3 miles so any tips? things to eat how to stop snacking i know i can loose the weight if i kick these habitsAm starting a diet tomorrow i need some tips and advice?
I like the first answer! LOL! Actually, I was going to say, a banana for breakfast (or make a smoothie - one banana blended with 1 cup of low fat milk), same again for lunch and eat salad or vegies for dinner with small amount of protein (like 100g of lean meat).Am starting a diet tomorrow i need some tips and advice?
