I really need help, so please give me your best tips or any advice!!?

Please help. lol


I'm not overweight or anything, I have a really small waste line, but huge lovehandles, which kinda make me look disportioned does any one know any think i can do to get rid of them!

Love handles go away when you lower your body fat. Your abs will even to start coming out when the body fat is lowered. This can be done by following some key points.





As always, diet and exercise are the key.





As for diet, try eating 6 smaller meals a day with a protein shake for breakfast and lunch. A single serving of fruit for mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack. Dinner should be a sensible meal- minimize rice and breads. Try this for a two-week period. Then, vary your meals accordingly.





Workouts should have weights and circuit type of training. Free weights are great for toning and weight-loss. You can try dumbbell squats with shoulder presses. Here is a great and effective circuit training using a treadmill. Walk for 2 minutes (as a warm-up), jog for 2 minutes, run hard for a minute, then jog for 2 minutes, run hard for a minute, etc...do this for about 20-23 minutes. This works great.





By the way, do not be a slave to scale. Check the mirror also. It will show results.

I've been doing the grams of fat diet, which is a lot harder than counting calories. Just take in less than 30 grams of fat per day, and you will see them melt away in a few weeks. Exercise won't help much, unless you are willing to walk 30 miles per day, or equivalent time in the gym, which is like ten hours. It takes a person that much to burn only one pound of fat. And don't eat after 6 pm during your diet. It works every time. Our bodies have evolved to hold fat during those long ice ages. We have survived two I think.

where pants with pin stripes going down to make it thinner, darker makes it skinnier.





horizontal stripes makes you look thicker in the waist area.

Eat well too!
drink a lot of water and do hip exercises/stretches. that will work. also run a lot.
sit ups, crunches, aerobics, jogging
exercise around that area.
