so to sum it up im looking for someone who has been on a crash diet, it has worked for them, and is willing to give me some tips on how to lose the weight and get me in the right mindset!

If you have extra fat that is not because you need to lose weight, it's because you're out of shape. You shouldn't be trying to lose weight, and you could actually stand to gain a couple of pounds.
An all-vegetable diet is really unhealthy. You need a balanced diet in order to be healthy. And once you're healthy (and 75 pounds is not healthy), you will look a lot better: your skin will probably be clearer, the excess fat will turn to muscle, and ultimately you'll be happier.
Make sure you exercise! It will help you feel better about your body because really, the only thing you need to lose is your poor self-esteem.

At 5'5 you should be, at the VERY LEAST 125 or 130 pounds. Not 105, im scared for you.. please dont do this, I know what its like to be uncomforatble in your own body, but you have to think of what youre doing to yourself /:
Crash diets only make you gain more weight. Because your lack of eating burns your fats then when you eat you have to save the fats. Thus your bigger. Just drink green tea for a week if your serious about this...

I've lost a lot of weight fast, like 20-25lbs in 2 months.
You just mostly have to change your eating habits. What I did, was just eat low calorie foods, like an apple for breakfast, it was filling, all vegetables for lunch, a snack, and a lot of vegetables and white meat for supper, all I dink is water, and if you do any kind of cardio, like speed walking/jogging/dancing is fun if you have your iPod or loud music.
That way, you're not at all starving yourself, and you'll look hot for summer, hahah.
I also tried going to the gym, has good pumping music and tonsss, of hot guys haha. How fun can that be :P
