Need weight loss tips and advice?

hi


im 15 years old and weight just over 13 stone, im quite 'fat' and would like to look more toned and loose man boobs etc as im going away to Greece in the 1st two weeks of august


i really want to do this but i need detailed advice


i am a member of esporta, i can use the gym and swimming pool


please tell me a good routine in the gym, how often i should go, what i should eat and what could help me get more muscle in gym,i wanna look more toned and get a better beach body for the beginning of august


i dont nessesarily wanna loose weight, just fat

If you are serious about losing fat then consider joining La Boxing or Kickboxing. The staff here are like military they will push you to work harder to lose off the couple pounds or fat. There are stomach routines were you can tighten your stomach and lose fat. Also you could try doing DDR on fitness and do it every day burning 3,500 cals. ( one pound). you should try sparkteens.com! that is seriously like the best website for weightloss ever! i have lost a lot of weight there, and my mom lost a lot of weight on the adult version of the website, sparkpeople.com. and the best part is, its absolutely free! also, you should try going on bike rides and runs and stuff, because that helps a lot too.
Well you should do cardio everyday. ex...treadmill, ellyptical. Then you should strength train about every other day. ex...weights. But don't strength train everyday. You need to give your body a day in between to rest and repair the muscles.
