Do you have any tips or advice?

We hvae verified that our mare is pregnant, and I was wondering if any of you could give tips on worming, or vaccinations, feed, or baby training? I have done some research on my own but I would love to read more. I am so excited! If you have any advice, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks :DDo you have any tips or advice?

First i would like to say CONGRATS on your foal!!!!!!!! Well your mare being pregnant lol. YEA!!!

So far i think you are doing just fine. But you could also give your mare mineral blocks for extra protien and give her a little hay. You have all the shots so you are fine. Make sure she is on Fescue grass. Also if she doesnt produce an udder near the end of her term you can get a shot for that.

i have a great web site with awesome people that will be able to help you with any type of question, how and what to feed, baby training, questions you have through out your mares pregnancy.

http://www.equine-reproduction.com/board鈥?/a>

theres the link to all the topics. if you clink in one that you think that will help you then there will a lot of started ones. you can start your own by scrolling down and then clicking new thread. you will need to become a member but thats easy. Good luck and hope to see you there. im waiting to see if my mare is pregnant. she would be 8 months. she is getting checked in two months to see for sure.

Oh also every one in the board has raised horses so they know exactly what they are doing and give exaclent advice!

GOOD LUCK AND HAPPY FOALING TIMES!

oh and a normal gestition isnt 11 months. i thought it was till i went on the borad. it is from 320 to 370 some one on the borad had a foal a couple months ago and she went to day 433 isnt that long!

Hope to see you there!!!
What did your vet recommend? That's always the best place to start. ;) Was she just now checked in foal? Another ultrasound (or more!) along the way is nice to insure the mare hasn't absorbed and that the pregnancy is progressing well. I always have two done - one to check in foal, and one to make really, really sure there aren't twins in there (I'm paranoid, I admit it!) and to be sure the baby is still in there and progressing normally.

The mare should stay on her regular worming schedule. Vaccinations are the same except for the rhino - she needs to get the *killed* virus vaccine at 5, 7 and 9 months. The regular rhino shot is not suitable for pregnant mares. Her nutrition needs don't change much until the last trimester. Without knowing what she eats now it's hard to recommend any changes.

The book 'Blessed Are The Broodmares' was a godsend when I had my first broodie. You definitely need to know what to expect and when the vet needs to be called well before the due date.

Hopefully you've got some experienced back-up ready to give advice and help with the baby.
im so jealous!
worming and vaccinations you should get advice from a vet. other then that sounds like your doing a great job. good luck.
Just cause they're cuter than buttons but don't let the colt get away with biting or kicking, it isn't as cute when he still does it at 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9... and on and on.
since this is ';your'; first foal, make sure to discuss with your vet the ideas that you have questions about, and what you have researched. write them down. when your vet comes out again, run these ideas by him. he wont have alot of time to answer evrything, but may be able to give you advice or literature with FACTUAL information that is safe for your new foal. I'm sure you will get alot of good advice here, but how will you know for sure, unless you run it by your vet. best of luck!!
Deworm her every 2-3 months (possibly as often as every six weeks if you are in a heavily infested area) rotating wormers to prevent resistance. Vaccinations vary depending on the diseases that are more predominant in certain areas. Generally, you want to vaccinate about 2 months before the due date so the mare has time to build up immunity that can be passed on to the foal via colostrum. Broodmares need at least a 14% feed with plenty of forage and possibly swapped to a 16% nearer to partuition. After foaling, the mare will need to be kept on a 16% feed to maintain her weight and produce enough milk for the foal. As soon as the foal is born, make sure to dip the navel in iodine solution to prevent joint ill. Then leave mom and baby alone for a couple of hours to bond and for the foal to nurse. Shortly thereafter, begin rubbing baby, picking up feet, possibly even running clippers around it to begin imprint training.

  • Can anyone give me tips or advice, or want to help me out on a free sports site?

I created a sports discussion site that has live chat, message boards, articles, and stuff like that. I made it with free membership thinking it would do very well, but it has been a little slow. I was wondering if any sports fans out there are interested in helping me? It can be by sharing your sports knowledge with article writing, your advertising experience by helping me get more people to join, or even just joining yourself. Any tips you can give me would really be very much appreciated.

Even if you just register and never come back, it would boost my morale to continue with this project :). Thanks in advance for your help or advice!

What is your goal with the site? Are you trying to make any money or is it purely just a hobby site. I have a couple of hobby sites that ended up making me broke because the maintenance fees caught up with me. I highly suggest at least passively promoting some kind of affiliate program to help off set your expenses. One of the best I have found is this: http://www.marketingtips.com/sr/t.x/1355417

Does anyone have any tips or advice on dying/coloring locks?

I love my shoulder length locks which I started wearing about 3 years ago. I've been thinking about adding color to them, something semi-permanent. My natural hair color is a dark brown and I'd like to stay dark but i just want something that will stand out a little more while in the sunlight. I know a professional would be best but I'm really down for trying to do this on my own. Can anyone recommend any of the top over the counter products, tips, advice, websites, personal experiences, etc. on dying hair/locks.Does anyone have any tips or advice on dying/coloring locks?
First and foremost I would suggest going to a beauty supply house. Not only do they have people who can assist you but they have a wide variety of color lines and choices.

Secondly I would suggest using a neautral protein filler on your hair because it will help the color bonds ';stick'; better to your hair.

Third if you choose to go to a place such as Wal-Mart I would suggest going with Natrual Instincts, they have permanent color but over time the color does wash out. I have used Natural Instincts multiple times in combination with a filler and have been very happy with my results.

Good luck!!!Does anyone have any tips or advice on dying/coloring locks?
Nothing will stand out in the sunlight if you have naturally dark brown hair. You will have to strip (bleach)|out the locks that you want, and then dye them the color you choose.( This color should be lighter than your natural hair color.) A strawberry blonde might be catchy.Anything darker will fade out. Not entirely, but you will notice the difference. After you strip your hair, it is usually harder to maintain a darker color.Last but not least, trim often and deep condition when necessary.

Ok i need some tips and advice on building muscle?

Ok so I am in 7th grade. My sister just got into highschool and it turns out that highschool does swimming. :O. When I get into highschool and start doing swimming I don't want to be bulging with muscles but I want to have a six pack (like I said not a bulging one lol) and more visible upper body strength. I've been working out pretty good the past week but I need to know if anyone knows different types of excercises for upper body strength and abs. Also I would like to know if you guys think it is possible to reach this goal at my age?Ok i need some tips and advice on building muscle?
It depends largely on your genetics and your current health and physical condition. Some people never can get a sixpack no matter what they do.

The best exercises to do are push ups, pull ups, and crunches. There are many different varieties. If you push and do these everyday, you should build muscle and be ready to swim. You also need to change your routine about every 10 days so you keep building. For best results add yoga, aerobics, running and polymetrics every other week. You could talk to a coach to get individualized help. Swimming laps would also be good way to build the muscle and increase lung capacity. See if there is a Jr swim team you can join, many communities have them.

A key part is nutrition, you need to eat healthy. In other words no junk food, sodas, sugars, power drinks. At your age you need to eat but stick to natural foods and natural fats. (yes fats are good as long as it is a natural fat).

Don't get discouraged, many young men don't really start developing muscle etc until around age 17. Don't get obsessed either about building muscle, at your age too much can cause long term problems. Do have fun with it and learn what works best for you. Everyone is different.Ok i need some tips and advice on building muscle?
Well to be honest, the most important part of getting a six pack is how healthy you eat. It's not the size of your abdominal muscles that matters. What's important is that you reduce your fat levels, to make your muscles more prominent. I would recommend to do sit ups, press ups and other exercises. But I would also recommend doing cardio, like jogging, running, etc...

However, to be honest I don't think trying to get a siz pack will be easy at your age. In fact, it may be unhealthy to attempt to get a six pack or gain muscle at your age. I would just do some body weight exercise like push ups, etc.. and eat healthy. Then once you get a bit older, you can start some more serious training and diet control
Just run and eat healthier. Also, see if the coach will let you come to practice so you can start early, swimming will burn fat, and build some muscle. To get it to a way you like it your going to have to lift weights, you don't have to lift big weights just the right ones so you get what you want.
if you don't eat meat, then it will be pretty hard to build muscle

First time traveling, need tips/suggestions/advice !?

I'm planning on traveling alone in April for spring break, i want to visit 2 countries, the countries is between Italy, Europe(probably london/paris), Egypt, Amsterdam.

    Now the questions is:

    1. Aside from booking the flight, what should i do for booking a hotel? Is it possible to do it all in one?

    2. How do i plan activities?

    3. I have from the 6-12th, how long should i go for? How long will i need to recoup from jetlag?

    4. I'm not that open, and somewhat shy so what should i be expecting?First time traveling, need tips/suggestions/advice !?
okay well for one you can book everything u want to do online. go to one of the major websites like travelocity/orbitz and book your flight and hotel at one time. It can often be cheaper. You can also plan activities on these websites. If you are going to Europe you should at the very least go for 1.5 weeks. 6 days is not enough, 2 of your days will be spent on flying. Depending on where you are europe is ahead of the states. I am in NY so it is 6 hours difference. Usually you are fine going over there but jetlag when u get back to the states is usually 2-3 days. You will be up so early the next day that you get back and will get tired so early in the night. But keep yourself awake until at lieast 9 and it will cut back the amount of time it will take to get back on track.

You will need to be more open when you go there, everything is completley different in europe than in the states. always try your hardest to speak the language, u may not do a good job but they appreciate your effort and most know the american language, they have to learn it in school. It is considered rude of them not to know the language in major cities. Try new things even if u dont really want to, this is something u may not always have the opportunity to do so take full advantage.

    good luck!

What do i do? Tips and advice please. thanks!?

Ever had that fight between your partner and you just want to call..even though it's not your fault. What do you guys/girls usually do to cope and kill time/days and keep busy. For the record he hung up on me when i told him, ';well then you shouldn't be mad when i go eat with one of my guy friends.'; Thing was he went to eat breakfast with one of his friends that's a girl today and has always hated me because we've been going out for almost three years. We're not in high school we finished. And he came over before he went over her house to just pick up his ipod and leave. What do i do? Tips and advice please. thanks!?

Boy trouble please help tips and advice!!?

i have a boyfriend who i really like but he dosnt kiss me or hug me or anything we still act like friends! my friend brought it up in convosation and he said (in front of me) that he didnt want to kiss me!! what can i do??

and i have another boy problem!! i fancy another guy BADLY!! but this other guy just sees us as friends, and also he is already going out with one of my girl mates!! what do i do!!

    plz help

ps. ive been going out with my bf 4 almost 3 months

this 'other' guy is totally cool and hot, were alreaddy mates so i knows that he likes me (in a friend way)Boy trouble please help tips and advice!!?
Hey! I think you should leave your current boyfriend and go after the one you really like. Follow your heart. Don't let happiness go. Trust me, I have done it before and I regret it very bad now. Take care n good luck!!Boy trouble please help tips and advice!!?
It sounds like you aren't sure what you want, First you talk about the guy who is suppose to be your boyfriend then you talk about another guy you think is hot, It doesn't sound like you know what you want. But by the way both guys are acting sounds like they are willing to be your friend but not boyfriends. Turn down your touchy feelly ways if it is going to happen let it happen on its own.
If your boyfriend doesn't want to show his affections for you then maybe he doesn't know that you want him too, or maybe he is afraid to because he doesn't know how much you like him because you like someone else. As for the other guy, if he already has a girlfriend try to forget about him. You don't need to stop being his friend just stop liking him that way. I know it sounds hard but if you just focus on your boyfriend.
Thing with that is that you can't make someone do something that they don't want too!!! He's the one who said it talk to him about it and ask him why he doesn't wanna kiss you or hug you.

Your best bet is to talk to your boyfriend and ask him why he's doing what he is doing you know but well other then that can't really say much.

    P.S.

Communication and Trust are key in a relationship so if you don't have that then why are you guys together!!!
Sounds like your wasting your time with you BF. Even though it's only 3 months but by this time, you should be at the stage where you cant keep your hands off eachother.

As far as the other guy...if he's dating your friend, then I suggest you leave him alone. You dont want to lose a friend over a man.

    Good Luck!
Well first I think you need to take it real slow with your BF. Maybe he's not ready to do that kind of stuff. You need it to take some time to let evey thing work out! Oh and about the other guy: JUST LET IT GO! Maybe he doesn't like, like you because you already have a BF!!!!!!!!!!!!! JUST TAKE IT ONE DAY AT A TIME! and DON'T WORRY ABOUT ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ask your boyfriend why he doesn't want to kiss you or why he acts like he doesn't like you. My bf is the same way but he said that he would kiss me.

PS - you sound british, are you?
This boy sounds shy. Yet it seems like this relationship is not working. But you don't want to go after your friend and break up his relationship.
maybe he feels strange...and some guys are like that and need to be in a relationship longer than others before he starts to kiss you.
Leave ur boyfriend!! obviously he doesn't like you enough to kiss you. and as 4 the other guy just b his friend and trust me someone else will come along
how old are you??? You still sound like you are in middle school or something. If you don't find something you like life is to short go find someone who will fit all your needs
you sound like a little teenie bopper... don't get a boyfriend until you are a little older.
talk to your boyfriend, and try hanging out just the 2 of you.
What do you mean he didnt want to kiss you?
    How old are you?

I knew someone with this same sort of situation, but I only knew of it when I was...like 14? 13?
do you try to kiss him? maybe he needs to see that that isnt a boundry

HELP! I need singing tips!!!! or advice... or anything...?!?

Please help! I wouldn't say that I'm a bad singer but I would really love to be better. Ex. Hliary Duff compared to Christina Aguilera. I'm a Hilary, so how do I become more of a Christina? I just really want to be able to stretch my voice out like that, so any tips? Exercises? Anything? By the way I am 13. My dream is to become a famous singer but not for the money or fame, I would just love to preform in front of many people and be able to help with charities and things like that. So do you know a good way to be discovered? I know that sounds dumb, but how do you get a record deal? I know you have to sing good but do you just send in a cd or something? But my main question is, how do I sing better?! THANKS! :)HELP! I need singing tips!!!! or advice... or anything...?!?
Voice lessons. I can't stress it enough, you are young, getting them now would be ideal, it will prevent bad technique. Even people born with the natural talent to sing get voice lessons and stick with them long after. You will learn proper breathing, and how to support your notes, you will learn the exercises that will build and maintain strength in your singing, you will learn how to keep your voice in shape, and in tip top condition. Vocal lessons aren't just ';scales'; there is a lot more to it, and you can't learn it on the internet, I highly suggest you get voice lessons.

Good luck! and keep singing, don't ever give up on your dream! :)HELP! I need singing tips!!!! or advice... or anything...?!?
Do you have anything on youtube? Because there, people will tell you if your a good singer or not. And the Hilary compared Christina thing. Just remember, Hilary is better than Britney :P

Just because you can't sing like Christina Aguilara doesn't mean your a bad singer! But I get what your saying, you want to be better xD

These are some exercises I do:

If you have a piano, play a note and sing it. It helps you tell if your off pitch or not.

Always warm up, because you might overwork your vocal chords and that damage can be permenant!!

Basically, practice singing everyday. Work the scales to get range... Also preform in front of people! Like in school talent shows, volunteer at local places.

(I'm only 14 so I have no idea how to be ';discovered'; XD!!)
if you're really serious about it then ask your parents for voice lessons. it can really strengthen your voice and give you the confidence you need to perform in front of so many people.

also, when you compared christina to hilary..you have to remember that they both have different styles. if youre more a hilary then you just sing more of those types of songs

  • Building wind generator, any tips or advice?

Im building a wind generator (small scale of course) for the first time. Is there anyone out there that can give me some sound advice on feesability?Building wind generator, any tips or advice?
I'm trying to get my wind charger project restarted again. Tied up at the moment in municipal rules, regulations, and other BS...

Feasibility depends on what your objectives are. It will take a very long time to recover the money spent through electrical savings. Rough numbers on payback for my system appear to be about 12 years, assuming no breakdowns or maintenance is required. I view it as a hobby and a way to learn.

Read through the web page I've made for the project. I have diagrams for the charge controller, tower construction, overall wiring diagram, and so on.

I'm naturally a bad flirter :( so it make it even worse, i don't talk if there's nothing to talk about sadly... i have a girlfriend and she doesn't like to lead conversation too much, so i have to come up with something to talk about, and most of the time i got absolutely nothing at all.....can someone please give me advices? And no, being my self didn't cut it =x im a shy and quiet person so...it's awkward staying too quiet around you girl friend doesn't it? and it's already hard as it is to translate words for words inside my head... and i'm learning my 5th language and it's killing me even more =x

So please, any advice are welcome. Good tips or anything at all would help....

Thank you in Advance :)Guide to Flirt? Any Tips or Advice please?
4 languages under your belt I think you could hold off on that 5th one. but if your relationship is going good tell her you love in another laguage. but only tell her one every month. if she ask for you to tell her another one right away tell her (in a sexy way) that she has to wait.

I would try it if I was you. ( and if I had a gf.)

Are there any suggestions, tips, ideas, advice that can help?

there is a girl who is basically stalking me on myspace. this has been going on for a year now and it all started because she didn't like my ex girlfriend for some reason. so she spent months trying to break us up. well we broke up for another reason and she is still on my back. see the problem is that i find this really fun. and she told me that she gave up trying to ruin my life because i am heartless. but she is trying to ruin the other people around me lives. i honestly don't like worrying because it's to much work but i think i should change that for my friend's sake. the simple thing is to delete and block and report her but as i sed its fun. but the worse of it all is that i think it's a set up. like my ex was testing me and now she is just messing with me. but i don't confront it to her but i did make sure her best friend knew i think so. now any ideas to help me to finish it before it gets really bad.Are there any suggestions, tips, ideas, advice that can help?
sociology might not be the right section for this question, which is why you recieve no answer. you should try something about psychology or there might be a relationship section here.

First date next week, tips or advice?

I'm going on a first date next week and I'm not sure exactly what's expected. I've looked at other sites with ';experts'; but their rules seem kind of pointless and irrelevant to the type of relationship we are both looking for. I've never been on any other date before actually, I was too scared of rejection to even try to ask. So some people suggest bringing flowers for a first date but I don't want to look too aggressive and forward. At the same time I want her to know I am definitely interested, and judging by the conversations we've had she seems to be truly interested also. Any tips would be nice.First date next week, tips or advice?

Considering Microfracture surgery...any tips or advice?

I hurt my knee 8 months ago to the point where it really hurt to walk. The doc said that some cartiladge is missing after repeated falling from snowboarding. The two options were wait or have surgery. I waited, but it's been 8 months and I still have some discomfort when I kneel or put pressure on my knee. I am considering going in for the surgery. If you have gone through something similar what are your suggestions I really dont want to be on cruchs for 6-8 weeks I hear there is alot of rehab time. any info would help, thanks.Considering Microfracture surgery...any tips or advice?
You already know your options: Live with it or schedule surgery. Missing cartilage will not heal and that pain is not likely to get better so surgery is likely in your future. There are some braces that might be able to take pressure of that area of the knee with the cartilage damage but I have not seen good results with it. Ask your doctor.

There is a fair amount of rehab that is involved after surgery. Need to look into your insurance coverage. How many physical therapy visits are covered a year and how much does it cost? does a deductible apply.

If you are only allowed 15 visits per calendar year, have your surgery a few weeks before the insurance resets. If you have a high deductible and many physical therapy visits you may be better off to have surgery at the beginning of the year, otherwise you may have to meet your deductible for both the surgery and therapy before insurance kicks in to pay for any of it. This could save you a lot of money. Also sit down and look at your calendar. Do you want to be on crutches in the winter with snow/ice, over holidays or over the summer.

    Good luck

GENERAL SEWING TIPS WANTED! Anyone know ANYTHING about felt food? Tips, patterns, advice, pictures to help me?

I really want to make felt food (hand-sewing, I've yet to get a sewing machine), and I've found quite a few sites that will help me, but I just want some tips on general sewing too, because while felt food is kind of comical, it's just plain old sewing techniques that I REALLY need. I want to make a donut from felt and I've already made one (crediting http://www.cutoutandkeep.net/projects/de鈥?/a>

but I want to make a cruller. The flowery donut? I know it exists:

They have tonnes of cool felt food (this persons a genius!) and they have books and patterns and sets, but one I can't ship them to where I live (Australia) and two it's not even included in the set. If anyone can give me an idea on how to do that bunching up thing that'd be awesome.

I've just typed 900 characters describing. Please help!GENERAL SEWING TIPS WANTED! Anyone know ANYTHING about felt food? Tips, patterns, advice, pictures to help me?
To do the ';bunching'; you would use a gathering stitch or make pleats.

Anyway I'm including a couple sites that may help with basic sewing stitches and technique.

OK here's a site that is an old book from the 1800's that they used in school to teach girls how to sew. http://www.vintagesewing.info/19th/1892-鈥?/a>

And here is a ';modern'; site. http://www.needlepointers.com/ShowArticl鈥?/a>

And when you get your machine here is a site to help you out http://www.craftandfabriclinks.com/sewin鈥?/a>

It's weird that I stumbled onto your question. I answered a question yesterday on a group that I belong to about free felt food patterns. Soooo... here ya go. Maybe this will help. Good Luck!

  • Anybody have good tips or advice on getting a job, interviews, etc? ?

Hi, I am 19 years old and am looking for preferably full-time employment. I have graduated from high school, and have my smart serve, which means I can serve alcohol and work in a bar. I have been searching for employment but have been unlucky for quite some time. I think it's because I live in a small town so opportunities are very hard to come by.

But what could I do to set myself apart? I am determined to head off to college next year, but I want to work so I can build up some savings to help pay for college. Most of the jobs where I live are fast food, but there are a couple bars. (I live in Canada so I am old enough to work there). Is there any advice anyone could give me that would help me set myself apart from other applicants?

And also, what kinds of strategies should I use to ensure that the right people are seeing my resume? I have handed resumes to pretty much any place I can think of, but that isn't working. Is there any other way to go about doing this so I can be more successful?

Also should I volunteer to work for a bit so the employer can see what I am like as a potential employee? If so how do I ask about doing this?

Thank you in advance :) !

Anybody have good tips or advice on getting a job, interviews, etc? ?
Make sure when you hand in your resume, you ask to speak with the manager or owner. If they are not in, ask when would be a good time to come back. Don't just hand it to whoever is there.

Call back, and ask if they've had a chance to review your resume, and reiterate how eager you are to contribute to their business.

Dress nicely, don't bring your friends.

While you talk to the manager or whomever, try to say a few things that will stick in their mind. Maybe you have the same shoes as she does or something. Just anything that will be sure to keep you in his or her mind.

Also, do you have your bartending license as well? It's not as necessary as smart serve, but I know that in Ontario, at least, it helps.

I need some tips and advice on cleaning and getting rid of stuff.?

I just moved back in with my mother, (I use to live with my dad) and I just started college. Anyways I have way too much stuff and I'm almost too overwhelmed to start. A lot of items are from when I was a younger child or stuff I know longer use like or want. I'm just not sure if I will part with a lot of items. Anyone have any advice or tips on me getting rid of and what to keep.

I'm a 20 year old Female in college if that helps. Any advice or tips would be much appreciated.I need some tips and advice on cleaning and getting rid of stuff.?
First off if you haven't worn it in over a year it needs to go. Also unless you really love the little kids clothes or they are hand made or antiques or something then get rid of them too. Call a company like big brother or salvation army. They usually will come buy to pick clothes and used things up. Also its easier to do it in stages. Also limit yourself to one box per life time period ( aka one box for elementary, one for high school and one for university). And also things like baby clothes are so easy to get for free because they grow out of them so fast so they are in good enough condition to give away to friends etc...I need some tips and advice on cleaning and getting rid of stuff.?
That's easy. Grab a trash can and a box or bag. Throw away in the trash can, donate stuff in the box/bag to Salvation Army or Goodwill. They will find good homes for your good used stuff. Always clean after you do that though. Donating is a part of cleaning sometimes. NEVER go into this w/o a trash can at least. You will be overwhelmed.

Try freecycle for great big items. (furniture, appliances, etc.

Im dieting, any tips or advice?

Well, im 13 years old and im not obiece or fat im just a tad over weight, I just want to know if this is a pretty healthy way to go.

    Today: Breakfast-yogurt

    Lunch:Slice of whole weat bread

    Dinner-Salad-italian dressing,tomatoes,olives,almonds, crutons,shredded cheese(american)

Drinks-Water, Gatorade(might not be the best but i cant only drink water) 2 cups of water, 1 cup of gatorade.

Exercise-(im going to) Jog a block, 100crunches(100 is the only piont were it starts to hurt) 2 sets of 30 squats.

Is this a healthy day? I'll probably do something like this every day.Im dieting, any tips or advice?
id say eat more for dinner,

eat cereal for breakfast (if u watch the portion sizes its about the same as yogurt) its more filling, atleast for me=]

and if ur only drinking water a gatorade, then drink more water, ur supposed to drink atleast 8 cups of water a day (and why count how much water u drink anyway? it has no calories)Im dieting, any tips or advice?
    Try this:

Eat 5-6 smaller meals a day instead of 3 big ones because at the rate you are going, you are doing more harm than good to your body. The reason is because you are not getting as many calories as you should be.

For Breakfast, you might start off with a glass of milk and slice of toast or bowl of cereal or oatmeal with some fresh fruit like sliced strawberries, banana or blueberries.

Have a light snack to hold you over between Breakfast and Lunch: Maybe some granola, a piece of fruit or even a yogurt. This will keep you from feeling hungry between meals.

For Lunch, you might have a small green garden salad with tomato and cucumber and a couple of croutons or a yogurt or a sandwich and glass of milk, water or non-calorie drink like a Diet Coke, Iced Tea without sugar or even a flavored water (like one of those El Cheapo waters you can buy for under $1...Gatorade only contains electrolytes that is for extreme exercising, meaning exercising that you are going to be doing for really long durations)

Have another snack to hold you over until dinner.

For Dinner, have a dinner that is sensible...DON'T eat 陆 of a cheese pizza and wash it down with a gallon of soda. Eat a portion of meat that is no larger than a deck of playing cards with some veggies and try not to go for the seconds. (It takes 20 minutes for your body to digest the food you eat, so if you eat a reasonable portions, you will feel full)

You can have a dessert like some Jell-0 with some Lite Whipped Cream or some fresh fruit.

DO BE SURE TO TRY TO DRINK A LITTLE BIT OF WATER because this is for normal kidney function and to flush your body out. You DON'T have to drink a gallon of water all once (just try to drink as much as possible throughout the day!)

As for the exercising, start SLOW AND WORK UPWARDS and don't try to overdo it because your muscles will only burn so many calories at a time at at your age, your body is just starting to develop. The average adult only needs to exercise about 20 minutes at a time to stay fit, so you can just imagine what it is for someone your age.

What are some tips and advice for getting a wrist tattoo? (Questions inside)?

How big must the tattoo be (minimally)?

Is it true that the tattoo must be below the crease of the wrist?

Do some colors hurt more than others?

Are tattoos becoming more acceptable in the professional world?

Would I have to keep a tattoo covered all the time at work, or just for job interviews and such?

How much do tattoos usually cost? (How much was yours?)

I am not planning on getting a tattoo for another year-at least, but I wanted to find out some more information now. What are some tips and advice for getting a wrist tattoo? (Questions inside)?
How big must the tattoo be (minimally)? Doesn't matter, it can be your whole back or just one dot of ink.

Is it true that the tattoo must be below the crease of the wrist? The reasoning behind this is the crease of your wrist is going to go through a lot more motion, obviously, and that's going to make the tattoo fade quicker. Tattoo artists would rather just tattoo you below the crease so that you don't have to get a thousand million touch ups. Plus, leaving the crease out of it makes healing a little easier.

Do some colors hurt more than others? Nah, it's all the same.

Are tattoos becoming more acceptable in the professional world? I'd say a little bit, yeah. You should still be sure you can cover them up if necessary.

Would I have to keep a tattoo covered all the time at work, or just for job interviews and such? Depends on the job. Always cover it for interviews, then when you get the job, ask about their policies. Some places don't care, others will write you up if your tattoos are showing at all.

How much do tattoos usually cost? (How much was yours?) I've got some that were $50-60 and I've got others that were $100 or a little more. It's all pay by the hour, and I'd say I've probably spent close to $1000 on my tattoos altogether. What are some tips and advice for getting a wrist tattoo? (Questions inside)?
    Heyaa

Its all really up to you

I have 5 tattoos and one is on my wrist!

I have 4 stars lol tiny compared to my other ones

the outline hurts more but that's only because your thinking bout it all the time tbh!

yeah they are becoming more acceptable and dont cover them to interviews because your employer might want to see them before they give you the job :)

and the price depends on the size :)

    ill list all mine:

    wrist (4 stars) = 拢25

bottom back (massive tribal with crown) = 拢65

Hip (Star with dots) = 拢30

    Shoulder (butterfly) = 拢25

    Neck (Trebilclef) = 拢20

    plus i have pericings :P

    hope that helps :)

    gud luck!

    xxx

How big must the tattoo be (minimally)? No size restrictions on tattoos. I saw a guy with a dot once.

Is it true that the tattoo must be below the crease of the wrist? I鈥檝e never heard this

Do some colors hurt more than others? All tattoos 鈥榟urt鈥?a bit, color doesn鈥檛 matter, position on the body does

Are tattoos becoming more acceptable in the professional world? A little more, yes, but depends on where you work/what field you鈥檙e in

Would I have to keep a tattoo covered all the time at work, or just for job interviews and such? Ask your boss. At my firm, yes, you should have them covered.

How much do tattoos usually cost? (How much was yours?) Tattoos cost between free and $10K. Depends on: 1. How big 2. How many hours it takes 3. Where on the body 4. Colors 5. who the artist is 6. Where you live 7. The exchange rate on foreign currency

u better make sure you'll like the design the rest of your life
    answer to your questions.

1)the size depends on whatever size you want it to be.

2)have you seen the most tattooed man hehe his was over the crease hes like covered from top to bottom so i dont think so

3)colours dont hurt its thhe needle that does but it aint as bad as people say got mine done when i was 15 so its grand

4)about professions it depends on a profession some are for some against for example if you work with medicine or in science sector they wont really want to get you if you have tattoos while in music stores and art careers or in some office works they dont mind as long as you do your job rite.

5)you should cover your tattoo at a job interview because tattoos are more likely to get you not acepted at a work place and at work it all just depends on a job your doing some dont mind them being seeing while others do

6)normally its per hoour cost so it depends mainly on a studio where you getting it done mine was free I make em myself hehe have it for 2 years now dont regret having it done just hard to find a job with it

    don't get 1

Please Help Advice and tips needed?????/?

A week on saturday i will be getting my first tattoo, it is going to take 3 hours! to do its a very detailed one, can any one give me any advice as to

    how painful it is??

    how it feels to them??

    what after care is involved??

any regrets??Please Help Advice and tips needed?????/?
My first tattoo took almost 5 hours, and I have never regretted it!

The best advice I was given about choosing a tattoo design; was to put your intended design somewhere you will see it every day, if after a year you still like it, it means you won't get bored of it being on your skin.

Also where you get it is a big deal. As much as we may all like to think we'll live forever, the fact is that one day you'll be older, and the tattoo may not be so appropriate. Choose somewhere where the skin will stay taught the older you'll get and maybe somewhere you can cover up, if you need to.

As others have said, the pain really depends on where you're getting it done; mine didn't hurt- it felt like a constant cat scratch- the only bit that tends to be a little uncomfortable it when the needle goes over a bone (the spine in my case!)

As to looking after it, keep it really well moisturised, or the scabs will dry out. Savlon is the best for that.

Also don't scratch it! How ever itchy it gets, you'll just end up pulling the pigment out of the skin and be left with patches without colour/design.

And don't soak the tattoo for 2 weeks after you've had it done, as again this can soften the scab too much and the pigment will be lost.

Good luck! Please Help Advice and tips needed?????/?
it feels like a burning feeling but its bearable the best thing to do is relax and after make sure you keep putting the cream on but a good tattooist will give you a after care sheet i was told my tattoo woul take 2 hours but only took 1 an a half hours and its not that painfull
i have 16 tatts, the only pain you will probably feel is when he go's over the same lines over and over which he will do, i have no regrets, but remember, if you decide later you no longer want it, all the colours except green can be removed
I have a tattoo on my shoulder.

It wasn鈥檛 as painful as I thought it would be, it was a comfortable sort of sunburn type pain.

You need to keep the tattoo clean (think just cleaned it with water %26amp; then put Savlon on it), until the scabs fall off.

Don't really have any regrets %26amp; I forget it's there. Though I did go to a wedding at the weekend %26amp; kept it covered up.
it all depends on where you have the tattoo done i have got 3 and a forth one just being drawn up. after care is easy make sure its clean and make sure you use savlon its brill my tattoo healed within 2 weeks and i make sure every tattoo has a meaning before i get it done.
i got a tattoo a few months back which took 2 1/2 hours! I found the initial bit when they put the needles on 1st a bit of a shock but not painful. It is just like a light scratching feeling, there will probably be a bit of blood! I would say don't drink the night before, cause alcohol thins the blood obviously! As for aftercare, they will tell you what cream to put on, you have to keep it well creamed for a while! As for regrets! NONE i got the tattoo which i designed myself for remembrance of my dear mum RIP. One thing i would say is get it somewhere where it can be covered if need be! Good luck
like the others have said it's like a burning feeling.

I went to the chemist and got some numbing gel before i had mine done!!

and BIG regrets!just make sure you've taken into consideration that when you are an old granny, you will have this tattoo somewhere on your body, and that it is something you will eternally like, and not just something you are getting because it seems a good idea at the moment.
Not terribly painful. Similar to feeling a rotary tool on your skin. It's actually just very annoying, it gets old quickly.

I would advise that you bring water along with you in a bottle, you need to keep yourself hydrated while getting it done.

After care, as far as that goes:

When you get home, don't reapply a new bandage to the tattoo. It needs to breathe. Don't put any lotion on it until the 2-3rd day. By then you can apply unscented lotion.

After the first couple of days the tattoo will appear to have a milky substance underneath the ink. The skin will start to scab, but DO NOT PEEL IT OFF. Just keep it moisturized and avoid tight clothing and hot showers.

    Good luck! :]
I had 2 stars on the side of my big toe..........it f****** hurt!

Probably not the best place to have your first tattoo as i found out, all the nerve endings and stuff.

Anyway, after the pain of that a few months later I had a small one on my wrist and it just felt like scratching. Maybe i ';psyched'; myself up for the pain!
just had one done on my wrist and it didnt hurt, it was a nice sort of pain!!

I need wedding tips and advice?

ok i am getting married in a year from now what all should i be thinking of the most. and getting now. I have been ordering things for decorations that i know will be ok waiting that long. I dont know what all i really need to be looking into and all that either. Then the gifts for my attendants what do you get the attendants if you have a somewhat of a low budget. i just need all the tips and advice i can get through this.I need wedding tips and advice?
Theknot.com gives you a time table but first and foremost is to establish a budget, then the place for both wedding and reception if they will be different. color scheme, attendants both his and yours, apparel, flowers, invitations, menus for reception, caterer if you plan to use one. Cake, Guest lists theknot does all this and keeps a record of it for you as well as provide a list of how much money goes to what within your budget. Your A and B guest list and person count , it is priceless as a wedding planner, and best of all, FREEI need wedding tips and advice?
Your number one thing is to do your preliminary guest list. That way you have a general idea of how many people you may invite and then you need to look into reception halls that can accommodate that number of people. If you have a very low budget, I'm finding the most expensive part of my wedding so far is the dinner. My friend's, to cut this cost a lot, decided to have an all day, come and go BBQ on Saturday and got married at 6:30pm on Sunday that went straight into the reception. They only placed out midnight lunch at around 8pm to keep people going.

The way I've done things so far (I started planning a over year and a half in advance and I have a year and four months left):

    1. Early guest list.

    2. Priced out halls and hotels.

    3. Priced out catering.

    4. Bought wedding dress... this one was really early!

    5. Booked hall, 1 year and 6 months in advance and had to change my date.

    6. Booked church.

    7. Whittled down guest list.

    8. Booked photographer.

    9. Booked DJ.

Once the big things are out of the way, you have a little time to relax before you need to start worrying about the little things, like attendant gifts. A good, cheap gift for attendants are engraved flasks/glasses. You can get nice and cheap necklaces for your bridesmaids too, or bracelets.

    Congratulations, and good luck!
Get a wedding planner? They'll make life easier.
Best advice I ever received: start planning the ';big rocks.'; This would include your venue (ceremony and/or recpetion), caterer (if not included with reception site), dress and photographer. Once these things are decided, and have been allocated the budget you want to give them, the rest of the decisions filter in as you go.

Be careful of nickle and diming away your wedding budget (if that's a concern for you) with purchases like decorations, favors and gifts so far out. By the time you're six months in you may not have as much left to cover something important to you - like your dress, or photographer.

Think ahead, plan what's most important to you and spend the most on those things. Then begin looking in bridal magazines for ideas on favors, decor and gifts.

    Best of luck!
Grab a wedding magazine from the grocery store or go on line and get a wedding planning schedule. They tell you what should be completed each month. Check your city's date for when the Bridal Extravaganza is coming your way and take your wedding party or at least your maid of honor with you. I live in Houston and there were two wedding extravaganza's here last month.

Your best resource are other people also. Ask around like people you work with, neighbors, and friends. Everyone knows someone that has been married and can recommend things to you.
First thing is to find a Venue. VERY IMPORTANT. I booked mine a year and a half in advance and i still didn't get the day i wanted. Then your dress, it takes 4 to 6 months if you order a dress. For your attendants do you mean wedding party or guests? For my wedding party, i am doing earrings for the girls and flasks for the guys. For my guests i made bookmarks and i am also giving personalized hershey bars. There is also allot to think about, dresses for the girls, flowers, transportation, cake, dj just to name a few.
First congrats......second, keep in mind that weddings are great but not really needed to get married. Its a celebration for you to share with your friends and family. So don't sweat the small stuff, work top down big to little you need a place and such before worrying about gifts. People think everything has to be perfect but really it should just be nice, fun and what you want.

I was on a budget too and my tips are this:

the only thing really left after the wedding is the pix so get a professional photographer but you do not have to spend a lot on this either, you will look at these only a little so get a few nice shots and don't buy too many, negotiate for the proofs and have people take pix and it will be plenty.

I got married on the wedding site and used the table flowers for the service.

I had a nice dress but not too expensive, you only wear it once!

we got the invites for free at the tux place for getting the tux's

we did not get cars, my friend drove me.

a dj is way cheaper than a band.

we did not have a rehearsal dinner but had a BBQ at the house for the wedding party instead

I had a boquet but it was not expensive or fancy,

I did not give out favors, its all crap and who remembers?

I gave photo frames as gifts for the attendends, often brides will give the jewelry to wear for the ceremony and costume jewelry does not have to cost a lot. my husband got a gym bag in one wedding and he used that a lot.

get a planner (ie: book not person which is more) and just make a calender for when things need to be done by.

our hall had fire and my bridesmaid could not fit into her dress one week bedore the wedding and yet it all worked out well, we had fun
Find your venue first. By the time I chose mine, my date was already booked. Plus the venue dictates a lot of things. Some rooms have minimums for number of guests or you can't use it, also some venues (mine was a lakeside restaurant where they also do ceremonies) will also dictate what DJ you can use (mine did), what baker (or else you have to pay them cutting fees), what florist, etc. etc. So find the place first %26amp; you'll be more clear on your next steps. After that I would start looking for a caterer, baker, DJ, florist, officiant. That requires some time because you have to do taste testings, view a selection of DJ videos, get pricing from the florist. You should start on the big things really. The decorations and favors can wait a bit.
If your budget doesn't allow for a wedding coordinator, you need to at least have a wedding planning book. You can even download one free from the web. It will help you know what needs to be done, and to make decisions about what is necessary and what you can leave out so you can work within your budget.
you need to set your budget first then get a guest list together with an estimate of how many poeple will attend. then book your ceremony and reception sites. these are the most important bc most sites do get booked up a year in advance. then the next best thing is to decide on colors/theme and then take your time with keeping everything else coordinated with your theme. if you dont have a wedding planner book you should definatley get one they are beyond helpful.

If you are serious about losing fat then consider joining La Boxing or Kickboxing. The staff here are like military they will push you to work harder to lose off the couple pounds or fat. There are stomach routines were you can tighten your stomach and lose fat. Also you could try doing DDR on fitness and do it every day burning 3,500 cals. ( one pound). Good luck hope!Need weight loss tips and advice?
you should try sparkteens.com! that is seriously like the best website for weightloss ever! i have lost a lot of weight there, and my mom lost a lot of weight on the adult version of the website, sparkpeople.com. and the best part is, its absolutely free! also, you should try going on bike rides and runs and stuff, because that helps a lot too.
Well you should do cardio everyday. ex...treadmill, ellyptical. Then you should strength train about every other day. ex...weights. But don't strength train everyday. You need to give your body a day in between to rest and repair the muscles.

What are some tips and advice for doing the South Beach Diet?

My friend's mom has been doing South Beach, and now my friend and I are planning on trying it out. I need to loose anywhere from 40 to 60 lbs to get into a healthy weight range (aiming for the 60 lb. mark). My friend has a similar weight loss goal.

We have some questions before we start on Monday:

-What are some good options for phase 1 for Fast Food (McDonalds, KFC, Burger King)? (I have church activities and we eat at fast food locations often).

-What are some good options for phase 2 for Fast Food?

-What can we eat at California Pizza Kitchen? Applebees? Ihop? Chilis? Ihop? (Phases 1 and 2)

-How do we satisfy our sweet tooth, especially in Phase 1?

-What are some veggies that are high in carbs?

-Is it alright to have lemon and/or lime with water during phase 1 (even though fruit is off limits)?

-Is it safe to stick with Phase 1 longer than 2 weeks?

-How often can we have, say, a slice of Red Velvet Cake at California Pizza kitchen? (After Phase 1 of course)

-Do you have any other tips on how to get started?

What are some tips and advice for doing the South Beach Diet?
for fast food and family dining spots? Just unbreaded lean meats low in saturated fats that don't have sugary sauce also salads withought dressing

Your allowed like 70 calories worth of sugar free treats a day

So long as you take a vitamin and fiber supplement you can stay in phase 1 for as long as you want I think I was in phase one for 2 months at least

I followed the diet faithfully combined with an exorcise plan that left me with a daily calorie deficit somewhere around 300-500 lost 90lbs in 8 months

I need some tips and advice, please :)?

So I quit smoking 3 months ago. I'm 5';2 and 110 lbs. I have been vegan for 1 month and stopped drinking alcohol at the same time. I have been working out EVERY DAY for the past 3 weeks. Cardio for 1 hour or intense yoga Vinyasa for 1 1/2 hour. I eat between 1200 and 1500 calories a day. I drink 1 liter of water daily, no soda, no junk food and I cannot lose a pound for the life of me. I feel my arms are getting a little slimmer and my posture improved. I might also have a little less body fat but I'n not certain...I'm 38 and extremely frustrated...I suspect it has to do with a slowing metabolism because of no nicotine and my age...My ideal would be to get about 106 and healty :) Feel free to give me your opinion :) Thanks in advance!I need some tips and advice, please :)?
There are a couple possibilities: You might be losing inches and replacing fat with lean muscle (which will take a little longer to be reflected in the scale) Try measuring yourself as a better indicator.

You may not be eating enough calories to support everyday, hour-long workouts as well as daily living. This will cause your metabolism to slow as well and you won't get max benefit out of the workouts.

hth!I need some tips and advice, please :)?
Wow sounds like you're doing all the right things - how frustrating. Paul McKenna's methods seem to have helped a lot of people of all ages shapes and sizes with weight loss. And there seems to be a growing emphasis on keeping your metabolic rate up by NOT starving your body and triggering the famine response, so grazing is in and so is fidgeting! Even knitting whilst sitting down for example will burn more calories than sitting still :-) don't give up there is hope. Good Luck
Slowing metablism is a big deal!! I am struggling with the same, but just keep at it! Sounds like you will see a drop in weight soon! But give your body a rest 1 day, sometimes that's all it needs!
  • skin
  • Make-up tips, hair advice, etc.? please answer! i will choose best?

so earlier my mom told my older sister that she has a gorgeous face! then i said ';what about me, mom?'; i said it sarcastically, not expecting to get a serious answer. then my mom said ';you're pretty too, but you would look better if your face wasnt so thin.'; now i'm feeling a little self-concious. i need some beauty tips!

ok, my hair is light brown and straight but it curls a little bit at the tips, so its kinda wavy i guess.... its shoulder length with layers and bangs.

i have light skin (not white, but a light tan) and i have hazel eyes. my cheeks are a little rosy. i usually wear mascara, pinkish eyeshadow, and lipgloss. what other makeup would look good? but please keep in mind that i cant wear foundation becuase according to my mother i'm ';not old enough for such make up';.

please give hair advice, make up advice, anything like that. thanksMake-up tips, hair advice, etc.? please answer! i will choose best?
Aw sweety, I'm sorry your mom said that! Parent's should never compare their children. I'm sure you are beautiful!

First of all, hazel eyes are amazing! My boyfriend has them and I LOVE them! They are like every eye color in one, it's so cool. Anyway, Almay makeup line makes eyeshadow combinations for each eye color, including hazel ;-)

Try that out and see if it makes your eyes pop! Also, CoverGirl makes an eyeliner with a smudge tip on one end so that you can smudge the liner to create a softer, smokier effect. I have it and love it! You can curl your lashes and apply black mascara. One of my favorite mascaras is Maybelline Define-a-Lash... it's in the bright green tube. If your cheeks are rosy you don't need blush - you're like me, I have rosy cheeks too! I guess we're lucky since we save money on blush, right? Haha. You can stick to a sheer gloss since you would be playing up your eyes with the makeup tips I suggested. I really like CoverGirl Wetslicks Fruit Spritzers... they have all kinds of flavors (scents) and it's not sticky at all! I have guava splash and it smells amazing!

Now, for your hair. It depends on the look you are going for. If you want it straight, there is this amazing product from Dove called ';Straight and Soft'; (I believe) and you apply it to damp hair. It helps with straightening your hair and it really does leave it quite soft! You can even put it on your roots and it won't leave your hair looking greasy!

If you want a wavy/curly style, right after you shower get the excess water out of your hair and towel dry just a little bit. I find that leaving my hair more wet helps with making it curlier... for some reason. Then, as your hair is damp/wet, scrunch it with your hands. Then, apply curl boosting mousse. I use the one by Herbal Essences in the purple container. Then, blow-dry your hair with a diffuser and finish it on the cool setting to seal your ends - it helps keep your hair less damaged.

Once your hair is either straight or wavy/curly, you can style it how you please. You can leave it down, put it up, put it half up, or even pin back your bangs (with a slight pouf) if you have bangs. If you don't have bangs and like the idea of them, you can go to your salon and ask them to create side-swept bangs for you which is usually not very expensive and it's in style right now! I have them and love them, especially since I have a larger forehead!

Well, I hope I helped! Good luck with your beauty routine and don't believe anybody when they tell you you aren't beautiful!Make-up tips, hair advice, etc.? please answer! i will choose best?
wow. i feel so bad for u. u must be pretty, but ur mom is just mean. so dont worry. i would honestly need a pic to desribe ur makeup. but i dont suggest putting ur pic up, cuz its stupid. go to any make-up stylist like in a mall or at a spa %26amp; ask for advice. wear everything how you like it. i am sure u look great! make ur personality shine through. also tho, try some black eyeliner, but not too much. Good Luck
just look natural you should mostly fix your hair so you face looks better don't straighten it or it will look worse go for wavy or curly hair and keep it down i don't think you can fix your face with make up. just dont work about it hopefully after a while things would be alot better
Try getting some light highlights with sidebangs, if your mom will let you. Wear light lip gloss, a light pink, peach or lavender. No lipstick, or maybe a light pink now and then. But not on a daily basis. Light blush and a little bit of goldish, bronzish or a light purple eyeshadow will help. Powder, maybe? A change in your wardrobe might help, too. Sorry, I don't know any ways to make your face any less thin. Hope I helped!
    As a parent i think it's a little unfair for a parent to play sides, you have to be careful with out calling judgement, it's not fair to say ';you would look better if you didn't have this or that';

you are her child, beautiful, it's not what anyone says including a parent says you have to love who you are becuase if youre not you will feed into such comments. be happy with you, love you accept you for who you are and embrace all your flaws as this is what makes you unique!
wear some big cute curls!! use a eyelash curler to make your eyes look better. wear some lip gloss that shows up alot so your lips look good lol!! wear more eyeshadow i guess. wear some eyeliner.

Breast reduction: tips, ideas, advice, etc.?

I am 17 years old and I am 5'1 with 34 DDD breasts. I have had overly large breasts since I was in the 6th grade, and as you can imagine, I have been ridiculed ever since.

However, the emotional aspect isn't so much a problem anymore. It is the physical problems, back pain, shoulder and neck ache, rashes...... So I have been going through the motions to get breast surgery. I have a few questions though:

How far down can I go? Can I be reduced to a full B or a conservative C from my large size?

I am about 140 lbs, so average for my height and age ( though still not exactly healthy) Should I be losing weight? Would that effect the outcome?

I have had problems with my insurance. Does anyone have ideas of surefire ways to get this surgery covered?

Anything else would be greately appreciated!!!Breast reduction: tips, ideas, advice, etc.?
APPEAL with the insurance company. Don't stop until they give in. If you have back pain or other health issues, make sure your doctors also send in letters to the insurance company.

And since you are a healthy weight, do not lose weight to lose in your breast, as that may not do anything since breasts are not just fat, but dense breast tissue that will not go away with weight loss.Breast reduction: tips, ideas, advice, etc.?
You need to have your doctor document your health problems. Once your doctor documents these problems and establishes that the these afflictions (chronic back pain, inability to sit in class or complete normal tasks, recurrent shoulder pain, etc) are affecting your quality of life then he/she might be able to convince the insurance company that it is medically necessary.

Before having this procedure research the pros/cons of of the procedure and then talk with a doctor that specializes in breast reduction. There are potential complications that you need to be aware of.

    Good luck.
I'm in the same boat as you !

I haven't gotten surgery yet, but I know a little so maybe it'll help.

From my knowledge, you can get reduced as much as you want. (C is average for the record).

If you lose weight, you're breast size will decrease slightly (breasts are mostly fat).

    I don't know about insurance,

But just a little tidbit of information, I tried to get one at 16, and my doctor said it's best to wait until you're at least 18, because you're still growing.

    Hope that helps.

I need tips and advice.(about a psycho yorkie)?

I'm taking care of my nephew (yorkie) for two weeks.

    until the 29nth.

    he's a 6-7 month old yorkie, male.

and I have a low self esteem 4 year old mix.

the issue is that the yorkie is a extremely territorial pup(and spoiled rotten..he always gets his way!)

and my dog is well a go-with-the-flow kinda dog that lets anyone and anything (except cats) do what they want with him...so much for a guard dog,

well he keeps attacking my dog in a very agresive way, he won't let my dog anywhere near the living room,

and if he grabs something that does not belong to him he bites you hard, my brother gave me advice but he can't be here all the time to correct him and my mom told me that he is my responsibility til december 29 .

whjat do I do?I need tips and advice.(about a psycho yorkie)?
well i have a spoiled yorkie and let me tell you that if you want him to behave threaten him to go to timeout such as his kennel(box) or pick him up wearing thick gardening gloves and take him to a room and close the door. I treat mine like a real kid. Do what you would do to a spoiled kid.I need tips and advice.(about a psycho yorkie)?
Have you tried a squirt bottle? When he behaves aggressively, give him a good squirt with the water. Or if you have some type of loud noisemaker, you can also use that to distract him when he acts badly.

When you aren't home, I would either crate him or shut him in another room to keep him away from your dog.

He does sound like a spoiled rotten pup, as many toy breeds end up being. When he goes back home, it would be a great idea if he was enrolled in an obedience class.

Any helpful tips or advice on dealing with a lot of stress?

So what are some things that help you feel less stressed out? I'm a full time college student, working part time, and in a serious relationship. I feel so overwhelmed by things and I just feel at a loss at the moment. I love my boyfriend to death and I just want to stop taking things out on him because I'm exhausted and stuff. I've tried so many things from massages, to shopping, to taking a day off work to give myself time, and tried exercising...yet all that didn't really help when it used to many, many times before. Thanks for your help.Any helpful tips or advice on dealing with a lot of stress?
Stress is something that is unfortunately unavoidable in a young person's life. You have so many things taking up your time and it does get hard to balance everything equally. My advice would be to try and reduce any unnecessary tasks that you really don't need to be doing. It could free up some time for you to rest. Also, talking to a therapist could put things into perspective for you if you feel really overwhelmed. Try talking to your boyfriend about things too, and let him know that you are dealing with a lot and you don't mean to be directing your anger at him :)Any helpful tips or advice on dealing with a lot of stress?
I've been there too! Eek. I know this sounds really really really stupid but here goes.

When I was diagnosed with depression and bi-polar disorder (and was already add, good lord) my doctor suggested a ';relaxation specialist.'; I know this sounds really dumb, but what he determined is that I multi-task all the time. All day every day, I'm doing multiple things at once.

I went, and it's not at all like a councilor. It was more like meditation. I can't meditate for anything, but this was very helpful. I had an hour long appointment every other week. She would turn on relaxing music, and I would basically lay in the dark listening to music.

I learned lots of things about breathing that can relax your body. I would do that there, just breath and lay still. I learned how to put things out of my mind, and focus on me for an hour.

It really really helped and I'd suggest it to anyone.
Therapy. It might sound a little off the wall but if you can afford it I suggest it. That way you can take everything out on the therapist and not your boyfriend.
get and take STRESSTABS with Iron and eat a healthy diet

you will see improvement in less than a month.

B vitamins are essential in dealing with stress,

Any good babysitting tips tricks or helpful advice?

4 1 fam i watch a 1.5 yr old and 4 another fam i watch a 3, 7, and 9 yr old. thank u!!Any good babysitting tips tricks or helpful advice?
For the 1.5 year old the only thing you can really do is show responsibility when dealing with the child. If the child is mature enough, you can get on the floor and play games with him/her. The parents will see that and be more likely to hire you again.

For the other family, come up with some fun games to play. They love that! Be fun, friendly, but resonsible at the same time. The kids will love you and so will the parents.

And ALWAYS, always make sure the place is as clean, if not cleaner, when you leave than when you got there. Parents love that! They don't want to have to come home and clean up after their babysitter and kids.

I aint got looks, please tell me good tips on what i can do to get a girlfriend without looks.Need tips girls for advice please.?
confidence, personality, kind heart, loving, caring, find a girl who apreciates YOU for YOU.Need tips girls for advice please.?
Girls will date not classically handsome men if they are personable and someone who is respectful of her family and friends.

You need to have a future. Not rich just comfortable.

Dress well and be groomed and it will make a lot of difference in your appearance. Only really strange girls like dirty boys.

Be open to any activities where you can get interested in what you are doing or seeing and do not have to stress about keeping a conversation going. Until you know each other and have something to talk about it is best.
well be nice to a girl and be her best friend she will gain respect for you and start to look at you for who you are not what you look like and she will really start to like you just don't give up because there is some girls that wi ll like you and if you dont give up you will find some one that will really love you
Well to me looks doesn't matter my ex boyfriend wasnt all that good looking either. Some girls do. Just be yourself. Give her a little information. Not too much info wait until later when you guys like go out on dates. Don't lie or anything. Try to look a little better. But if this mystery girl doesn't like you because of your looks she is not the one for you. You want a girlfriend who can appreciate you for you.

Ps do not stalk her. Some gurls hate that just dont. Dont blow up her phone and dont beg too much. And most of all BE NICE
Just be sweet, i know loads of boys at school who are butt ugly but because there sweet and kind and tell the girls nice things and mean it, theve gone out with pretty much all the girls i know. Not all girls go for looks. just remember this and you should get the special one.
ok well no matter about your face i have ugly face but i like me still

you must wear tight jeans with brown or black shoes, and black shirt and spiked your hair with cosma gel, and every time girl past, lift your head in air and smile at her with you buck tooth then walk fast and whistle, when you out the door run for you life she will chase you
hun looks are not everything and if the girl can not see past that and look at what else you have to offer then maybe she is not worth it! i like my men to make me laugh, be a perfect gent and not take life to serious. so get out there and be yourself nothing is more sexy good luck x
You dont need to be a model but make the most of yourself, spike your hair or get the zac efron style (very popular among girls, even for boys who arent the best looking) If youre spotty use spot cream, wash daily, basically if you keep good hygiene you wont be considered by anyone RANK. Then just be funny and nice, humour grabs me more than anything else, a little flirty and complemtive but also nice and helpful

    You will be fine x

Oh and please answer mine tyvm http://uk.answers.yahoo.com/question/ind鈥?/a>
just be funny and charming dont try and be all amnly or too pushy just let ur relationship slowly develop and then if you get ur oppurtunity for example a schoool dance ask which ever girl you have in mind out. be sensitive and give her complements but if the girl cant see past what you look like then she isnt worth your time

    =]
-Dress smartly (girls don't like boys to look like they haven't made the effort),

-Earn lots of money (girls always like a boyfriend that can give her pressies n gifts now n then without breaking the bank) !..

    Hope this helps x
be really nice to them try to be funny

but DONT freak them out or they'll think your an idiot coz of bad looks and being a freak!!!

so just be real nice and funny they'll like you for who you are :)

    hope it helps
BEEEEEEEEEE FUNNY!!!!! BE HAPPY AND DONT GIVE THEM TO MUCH ATTENTION ...WIN DER HEART WITH PERSONALITY FIRST AND DEN PLAY HARD TO GET UNTIL THEY FALL FOR U :)

    ur pretty

u have strong features here are some basic tips

    U don't need a shitload of makeup

fill in those brows with a brow pencil

    throw on some pink gloss

    and black mascara

plz dont change ur hair, it's wavy and pretty idk why girls think straight hair is cute, it really isn't it really boring, that why I got a weave that looks something like ur hair...lol

    edit:

Use Covergirl for Mascara, try NYX for eyeliner, whatever u do, stay away from eyeslipsface.com, they are good, but some products bad for skin

but maybe u should check outthat site for eyeshadow brushes, pink and brown would look so cute on u

and check out Youtube, they have a milllion how to vids

u can email if u need anymore advice, I'd love to helpMakeup tips and overall advice (pic)?
I luv your hair! I wish mine was like that :(

Anyways you should fill in your brows with a color that looks like your hair color, curl your lashes%26amp;apply mascara and I think that a bit of blush would make you look perfect! And you can also try applying eyeliner on your top lid and wing it a little on the outer corners. And don't forget to end it with a light pink lip gloss! Now that's a killer day look (:

And for the night look you could try a smokey eye that doesn't automatically mean all black it can be blue, green, purple any color you want (:

Go to youtube and you will find loads of tutorials%26amp;how-to's that will help you get the needed techniques! Well at least it has helped me ALOT!
I don't think changingn your hair is necessary..it fits you well. But I would recommend taming your curls so they are glossy and frizz free. Try a curl pomade or frizz ease serum..I have curly hair and they work great for me. You also have gorgeous green eyes that would really benefit from something to define them. Darker eyebrows are a must. A taupe color pencil, or light brown powder would be great. A nice lengthening mascara would make your eyes pop.

Thats about it..you already have natural beauty.

Okay, I think that you should get a tan brow liner because it looks like you have no eye brows, also i think that all you need is a little mascara and you'd be fine.
I agree with the brows. Giving them a little definition will really bring out those pretty eyes. A little liner on the eyes, mascara, soft lips, and some product to define your curls.
